October 27, 2020 Sending out a reminder that we will be doing cutoffs first thing in the morning for past due accounts. Please pay today to avoid being disconnected tomorrow. They will begin the cutoffs at 8:00AM tomorrow morning. Thank You Cut Offs Scheduled October 23, 2020 Cut Offs are being scheduled for Wednesday October 28, 2020. All payments for past due balances must be received before 8:00 AM to avoid being disconnected. We do not make payment arrangements after the 15th of the month. ACCOUNTS WITH PAST DUE BALANCES May 28, 2020 If you have a past due amount still on your account on June 15, 2020, you are subject to being disconnected without further notice. All accounts must be clear by this date. If you have a past due amount and have not made a payment arrangement before today, we will NOT make an arrangement. Our company has not qualified for any kind of relief due to the COVID-19 crisis, therefore, it is up to each of our customers to keep accounts current, as we have bills to pay for the water services you receive. Though we have all been dealing with the COVID 19 in the past few months, we feel it is necessary to inform those that have not attempted to keep their water bills current, it is now time to do so.
